How we use your information

This privacy notice tells you what to expect when collects personal information. It applies to information we collect from:

Visitors to our website


When someone visits we use a third party sevice, Google Analytics,  to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We also collect a small portion of this information within our website. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it. 


Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.

The primary cookies used at are required for collecting analytics as referenced above (including Google Analytics), or for sending information when a visitor submits a form on our site (enquiry forms for example). We may collect IP addresses from these form submissions and in this case we will only use this data for identifying and restricting spam or robot submissions to our website.

Cookies may be used to enable embedded content from external sites, video or a social media feed for example, and/or our advertisers, but we do not have access to them or control over them. Form submissions

Personal information which you submit at will not be shared and we will make it clear within the form’s submission page/s what we intend to do with it, for example, answering an enquiry.

To protect our forms from unwanted spam we have implemented a technology called reCAPTCHA, which is provided by Google – please see their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Direct communications

We will never share your personal information unless requested by you, for example, passing along your contact details to someone with a related interest.

If you have subscribed to updates, news and offers from Donnelly Track Academy you may choose to unsubscribe at any time.

Social media

Information which you submit to us through social media, Facebook for example, may not be private. In most cases you will be able to manage your own privacy settings and restrict the way your information is used, if you do wish to make use of these services. Direct messages may be stored for some time, but will not be shared.

This privacy notice does not cover the links within this site linking to other websites. We encourage you to read the privacy statements on the other websites you visit.
